Update for BlackBerry Desktop Manager to v6.0.0.43

bbdesktop-1

RIM has delivered the first update to version 6 of BlackBerry Desktop Manager since its release last month. It has no change log and is most likely it’s just a maintenance repair. Current 6.0 users really have no dire need to download as they may see no major changes, but there’s nothing stopping you if you want the latest version. For those still using version 5 or older it would be a great idea to head over to the BlackBerry website and update the software. BlackBerry Desktop Manager 6 available August 10th?

bbdesktop-1

I’m so excited about all the rumors and leaks showing up everywhere, so it’s good to have some more. This morning on Twitter we were clued in that BlackBerry Desktop Manager 6.0 may be officially releasing on August 10th. That’s not that far away anymore being a good sign for OS 6 to hit the market soon.

Also it supports the rumors that we will see the 9800 Slider releasing on August 15th. I can’t wait for this bad boy to be released although I might have to wait a little longer for it to hit Germany. Tomorrow’s the big joint conference of AT&T and RIM and there’s pretty heavy rumor out there that we will get to see OS 6 and the 9800 Slider announced. Hope you’re as excited as I am! Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments.
