ELIGIBILITY: The “100 iPad and Super Bowl” Sweepstakes (Promotion) is open to all persons 18 years of age and older.  Additional specific eligibility requirements are listed under Grand Prize, and Apple iPad eligibility

PRIZES: (Grand Prize) Two (2) tickets to the 2011 Super Bowl game, Two (2) Round-Trip airfares, and Three (3) nights hotel stay in Dallas TX.  (Apple iPads) Up-to one hundred (100) 16GB Apple iPads.  For every 10,000 PhoneDog and additional valid page LIKES and corresponding contest entries, one additional iPad will be added to the drawing.  Example, 100,000 entries would equate to 10 iPads being awarded, 250,000 entries would equate to 25 iPads to be awarded , and 1 million entries would meet out our goal of drawing 100 iPads during our LIVE video broadcasts.

GRAND PRIZE ELIGIBILITY:  The Super Bowl grand prize award is open to legal residents of the 50 states and District of Columbia, age 18 years or older, who are available to travel to Dallas, Texas February 4th through February 7, 2011.  Multiple contingency selections will be drawn to account for any possible disqualifications due to term and condition violations

APPLE IPAD ELIGIBILITY:  is open to all persons 18 years or older worldwide unless prohibited by law…such as those individuals residing in Belgium, Norway, Sweden, and India.  More information can be found at http://www.facebook.com/promotions_guidelines.php

HOW TO ENTER: Complete and submit the short sweepstakes registration form and LIKE Facebook.com/phonedog from the time of registration through the duration of the sweepstakes period.  All entries received will be entered into the “100 iPad and Super Bowl” sweepstakes.

PROMOTION PERIOD: From November 1st 2010 until January 28th, 2011 at 2PM Eastern/ 11AM Pacific Time.  Grand Prize Drawing runs until January 17th at 2PM Eastern/ 11AM Pacific Time.

DRAWING DATES: (GRAND PRIZE) Winner will be randomly chosen on January 17, 2011 during a live broadcast on the PhoneDog facebook page http://bit.ly/OnePawLive.  (APPLE IPADS) Dependent on the amount of official entries, up-to 10 Apple iPad will be drawn starting on January 17th at 8pm ET (Eastern Time) via a LIVE broadcast at http://bit.ly/OnePawLive.  Subsequent drawings of up-to ten (10) additional iPads will be held each following night at 8pm ET Monday through Friday.  Example, if we meet our goal of 1 million entires, 10 iPads will be drawn nightly for 10 consecutive days (not including weekends) until all 100 iPad have been awarded. DRAWING METHOD: Entries will be collected by the 3rd Party application services of WildFireApp.  Winners will be randomly drawn by the services provided at Random.org

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning an iPad prior to the 1st iPad drawing are approximately 1/10,000.  The odds of Winning the Super Bowl Grand Prize will be based on the total amount of official entries prior to 2pm ET on Monday January 17th, 2011.

INVALID ENTRIES: Winners cannot have duplicate facebook accounts and must have only (1) legitimate Facebook account with a minmium of 10 friends. Any entries deemed to be fraudulent by PhoneDog Media will be invalid.  Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be void.  Employees, officers, editors (and their immediate family and household members (whether or not related) of PhoneDog Media, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), and its divisions, participating vendors, participating advertising and promotion agencies and affiliated entities not eligible to participate in the “100 iPad and Super Bowl” Sweepstakes” (Promotion).  In the event of sabotage, acts of God, terrorism or threats thereof, computer virus or other events or causes beyond the Sponsor’s control, which corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify entrants and/or modify, cancel or suspend the Promotion. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible.

OFFICIAL WINNER NOTIFICATION AND SHIPPING: Winning participants will be contacted via e-mail, or other contact information stated in their registration form.  Winners are required to provide a copy of valid legal identification and their identity must match their sweepstakes registration name, country, and date of birth along with a matching Facebook profile. Inside of the United States, the prize will be shipped via FedEx ground. If the participant is a resident of a country outside of the United States, PhoneDog.com will provide a $40.00 credit for shipping. The winning participant(s) are responsible for providing us with the shipping methods of their choice to receive the prize. Participants are also responsible for any costs above the $40.00 credit provided by PhoneDog.com. The participants are the responsible party for the package once it leaves the United States.

IPAD TERMS OF SERVICE:  iPads do not come with a monthly service plan, as the winner is awarded only the device, and not any service(s) provided by any carrier.

RELEASE: By entering the “100 iPad and Super Bowl” Sweepstakes” (Promotion), participants agree, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, to release, discharge and hold harmless Phonedog Media (PhoneDog LLC), their affiliates, their respective owners, and representatives from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses which may arise out of participation in Promotion or out of the acceptance, use, or misuse of prizes. No substitution or transfer of prizes or cash redemptions permitted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute for any reason whatsoever a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at their sole discretion. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Sponsor. The Winners are responsible for the reporting and payment of all taxes (if any) as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of prize not specified herein as being awarded.

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS: By entering this Promotion, participants grant PhoneDog Media (PhoneDog LLC)  and their designees the right, unless prohibited by law, to use their names, cities and states of residences, voices, pictures and likenesses, without compensation, notification or approval, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the goods and services of the Promotion Entities and all matters related to the Promotion, in any manner or medium, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity. Grand Prize Winner’s travel companion must be a legal US resident and of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least age 21). Grand Prize Winner’s travel companion will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to ticketing. Winner may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, tax acknowledgment form and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity release and return within five (5) business days of issuance of notification. Noncompliance within this time period or failure of potential winner to respond after three (3) notification attempts may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. If: (i) any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, (ii) a potential Winner declines his or her prize, (iii) the potential Grand Prize Winner is unable to travel on dates approved by Sponsor or (iv) a potential Winner fails to comply with any of the Official Rules as outlined herein, such potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Promotion Entities expressly disclaim any responsibility and entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless PhoneDog Media from and against any and all claims, actions, demands and/or liability for injury, damage or loss whatsoever relating to or arising in connection with participation in this Promotion (regardless of the cause of such injury, damage or loss) and/or the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of any of the prizes awarded (including any travel or activity related thereto).
