Little or no info is available on support for this thing from RIM and I'm pondering sending this paperweight back... Were you ever able to get it to work at all? Seems the issue is squarely on the presenter app software running on the BlackBerry, as everything else works fine for me, including pairing, spalash screen display, remote wiping of the presenter box (via options in the presenter app), etc. Just cant read and load any PPTs on the BlackBerry itself... Were you ever able to get it to work at all?
