Alltel (or rather, the mini-company that remains branded as Alltel) has launched the BlackBerry Curve 8530.  The good news?  It costs $39.99 – cheaper than the competition, and a better deal since Alltel offers one-year agreements.  The bad news?  There’s a $100 mail-in rebate involved.
